**Position Summary:** The Assistant Account Executive (AAE) tracks/traffics/monitors the project lifecycle for the company’s medical education client products or services for his/her assigned account(s). The AAE is expected to have a full understanding and command of IMsci, GHG and WPP capabilities. The AAE should understand and implement client processes and procedures. **Responsibilities:** - Manage status report for promotional medical education projects; requires attention to all team and client communications - Track project lifecycle including: - Initiate job number - Schedule start up and status meetings including preparation of meeting materials - Develop project timelines and communicate with team daily - Internal point of contact for projects - Ensuring all materials and communications are properly distributed and saved to server - Provide assistance to senior team members - Traffic jobs internally - Track timeline of jobs and notify team of upcoming deadlines - Learn and understand client regulatory review processes; responsible for uploading materials for client review - Period internet research and reporting **Qualifications:** Education: - Bachelor degree required – Communications, Advertising, Marketing or related field Experience: - 0 months – 1 year, medical education experience a plus Other: - Demonstrated experience in working as part of a fast paced team - Established and demonstrated organization, time management, communication, attention to detail skills - Beginner level Excel and PowerPoint - Intermediate Outlook and Word
